"I ran into this issue when I got my 5x7 Peco Profia from Germany. It came with both a back for the one sided holder as well as the back for double sided holders. The back for the single sided holders is a PR 1/337 and accepts RADA sheet and plate film holders. The term "million rail" ? is used with these holders. I have no idea what that term means or refers to. The standard back with the spring loaded ground glass accepts the double sided holders and is identified by PR 1/333.
Hope this helps.

The RADA Plate Catalog.
The Millionfalz is on page 12 of the catalog and is a "Universal Holder for plates and cut film". Looks pretty elaborate.
RADA Cutfilm Sheaths on Page 18. 9x12 and 13x18 available. These are used for modern sheet film in the holders.
Plaubel Makiflex uses the Normalfalz type of holder. I have many RADA, Voigtlander also works, even some from Russia. The plate edges are all the same, that is the biggest difference. And of course the overall dimensions.
I read somewhere that RADA started out making stamped out metal children's toys. Later they hooked up with Plaubel.
