Hi
I worked on a portfolio ebook which I would like to print it one day and also show galleries when it is completed. It is a work in progress. Let me know what you think.

Just a quick look and I have the following remarks in good faifth.
1) A few of the first images are showing what could be uneven development.
2) A couple of the pages are showing images that are very similar i.e. moved a little bit away for a similar composition
3) A few of the face to face pages have images of very different tonality which I IMHO find distracting. I guess that it is easier if there is only one image as opposed to two images face to face
Love the many of the images of the dunes...:-)
Cheers,
Luc

Hi Luc and thank you for responding. The uneven development look on the pages is actually part of the issuu software to make it appear like a book. I definitely took note of the similar pages and I agree. I will make those changes and make sure the tonality are all the same in the next version I do this weekend.
Thanks,
Gabriel
Really nice.. Well done.
A fantastic collection of images.
I noticed the appearance of uneven development and by about pg10 I realized that it was the software adding gloss to the arched pages of the book.. Very clever.
Great work and good luck with showing it to galleries.

Thanks Alex I appreciate it.
I like the glossy page look the software does. I use it a lot at my work to do online brochures and catalogs. By the way the software and website is free. www.issuu.com
I work at Bergamot Station in Santa Monica and hoping to get my work at one of the photography galleries there.
Thanks,
Gabriel

It's understandable Luc.. it's Saturday night! Have a Molson Canadian for me. Cheers!
Thanks,
Gabriel
Gabriel, you have some very fine images. As a suggestion, I would eliminate those that are weak, and only show your best work. You have a good eye, and most likely understand what I am saying. Also, and I realize that this is in the preliminary stage, pay particular attention to the sequencing. You are off to a good start, congratulations!
I note that you work at Bergamont Station; if you ever see my old friend Peter Fetterman, please give him my regards.
Best,
Merg
The transition from the dark cover to the bright, hurt your eyes, page 2-3 bothered me. I didn't notice the title at first and thought something was wrong with the link. Other than that it was a very nice book. Your images are very nice indeed.
