That's my tripod. Its a Berlebach from the 80s . Sold in this country as the BERLIN MASTER by Bromwell Marketing in Pittsburg. The only thing you need to do is remove the bolt clamps, Losen the leg levers. Tighten the bolts replace the clamps. This adjustment is made because the ash dries out a bit. This is a great but very heavy tripod. The flat top on the column takes anything 3/8.
