I've never tried it, but it might work if you can work with the spray. I've used Plastidip liquid that is used to put a flexible black coating on things like tool handles etc. it's available at ace, true value or most hardware stores I would think.

I've seen ads for that on TV, which isn't much of a recommendation. For bellows with a fabric lining, I use artist's liquid acrylic black paint well scrubbed into the fabric with an old soft toothbrush. It fills pinholes, but not rips or tears. One of my cameras has a bellows patched with black crepe paper tape that has lasted a few decades. Whatever you use should make a thin enough patch that the bellows can be properly compressed.
for pinholes, I use black gasket sealant available in auto parts stores
Another good product for pinholes is liquid insulation tape.

I'd be curious how thick the spray on rubber has to be effective. Any of the other solutions I've used with good results but I like the artist's acrylic.
the flex seal is normal, everyday spray auto body undercoating available at every auto parts store in the world it will go on thick and take a while to dry and get hard...I would not use it
david
That flex seal stuff is almost the same as rubberized undercoating for cars.
I wouldn't recommend using it
