    Re: Wanderlust 4x5 P&S

I just hope I get mine before the Myanmar elections in November. During the bi-elections in 2012 I took a shot of Aung San Suu Kyi handheld with my Ikeda Anba and guestimate focus and framing and ended up with about a fifth of her face in frame. If I get the TW I'll do better next time!

Ben, not sure if you read this, but I tried to change my shipping address on KS, but could not figure out how to do it. I did send you the $40 additional for international shipping and PMed and emailed my address about a month ago, but haven't heard back, so I'm not sure if the change is in the system yet.

Your moving next week! Wow, that's my favorite thing......right next a broken leg. My condolences.

That Blik seems so perfectly matched...

We're moving offices in two weeks, and I was really hoping to get my camera before then so I could take shots of the millions of Elmos on Times Square before we move to Greenwich Village, but it really doesn't look like either my Travelwide or my Intrepid will be here in time. Oh well... I'll get it when I get it.

I find the included metal finder works very well for framing. I have tried some other finders, but prefer the included one.

Yes, that should help a lot. But also shooting a 90 rather than a 135 will make it easier.

Congratulations on moving out of Times Square! The Village is great, I much prefer it to Times Square. So, I guess no New Yorkers have gotten a TravelWide. Soon, soon.

The Art Book Fair is at PS1 this weekend, I'll be checking it out.

No whining here. I do this for a living and I've been hoping to have a portable 4x5 for professional work and every project missed hurts a bit. Waiting on a KS that has moved and continues to move at a snails pace is frustrating, that's all. I'm glad it's a luxury that most here have no urgent use for.

If only Pros were here on this forum, it would be a ghost town.
