I have asked the other moderators - no reaction. I use an iPhone and it doesn't work. The problem is inherent with any Webkit browser: Safari, Chrome.
Really this is becoming a pain. I'm at a loss to visit the site and review any new activity.
Help!!!

Just downloaded "Opera" and so far it appears to work.

Ralph, here's the bottom line.
Some of the site's basic functions work with neither iOS5 nor Lion. Based on your own comment, the site also apparently doesn't work properly with IE9. Also based on your comment, it isn't clear whether it will work with any of these operating systems anytime soon.
Meanwhile, you are blaming this on Apple. And, given that you say that there are also IE9 problems, you are also blaming it on Microsoft.
So the result is, you are saying that the site doesn't work properly with any of the major operating systems, you are blaming them for that and you don't know when, if ever, the site will work with them.
Meanwhile, the site uses vBulletin, which is pretty basic/standard forum software.
Huh?

r.e., although I can't speak to the operating systems running on the Apple devices (iPad, iPhone), the problem appears to be within the browsers, not the underlying OS. Earlier Mac browsers had similar problems, but Firefox on either platform works OK, as did earlier versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer on various versions of Windows. Thus, it would appear that the new products from both companies have standards compliance issues. Whether the latest version of vBulletin includes work-arounds for these issues, I simply don't know. Tom is looking into the upgrade, as I understand, but that is also a fair amount of time-consuming work. He needs to make sure that the add-in software we use will also work with the later version.
Tapatalk apparently is compatible with vBulletin...

Can we just get into the second decade of the 21st century and go that route?
;-)
Is Opera free?
