I need a little help to figure out where I went wrong. I tried using the direct positive paper tonight for the first time and it came out black but with white rebates from the film holder. I tried just exposing another sheet directly to sun light for over a minute and it was black as well, I would have expected this to be white. I definitely exposed the correct side (it had a pinkish glossy hue on the sheet I exposed to the sun) and developed for 2.5 min in fresh multigrade 1+9, with a water stop and fixed for 2 min in TF-3 1:4.
