They sell NP15 (=Efke 25), NP22 (=Foma 100) and NP27 (=Forte 400), and although 16x20" is not part of the normal product range they have been willing to cut custom sizes in the past.

EDIT: It seems that NP 27 is gone in the current price list.

Photoimpex in Berlin has listed Adox CHS 100 on their website, as well as display/internegative film.
