it might be perfect not for paper negatives,
or processing film since it might have lost some
of its potency ..

I think it will work but will not be anything like it was when fresh. I let my 130 lie neglected many times. It turned to a dark syrup and took on a curious smell, and seemed to have sucked all the air out of the bottles.
I should mention I used those generic brown plastic bottles which are somewhat permeable. If you're using glass or something like it you might get much better shelf life than I did. I think I could get up to a year out of it if the bottle stayed mostly full, but I don't remember very well. Usually I'd either use it up much faster than this or neglect it for much longer.
