Darkroom advice - what comes first

Hey!

I am writing on behalf of a friend who is building a darkroom. he has a besseler , zone 6 studio. He has been trying to use a light bulb but after some tries he learned like he needs a transformer ( we live in norway, so we have different electricity ) He fixed that, and he is wondering what to do first. Will he attach a "pre heater" wire, or the light bulb wire.. He is scared if he plug in something in wrong order, the light bulb will go again!

I am not sure about this information because I just got a phone with some details..

But if you have any experience knowing what to do first, or have a hunch, please reply!

If I understand correctly, the voltage problem has been solved. If this is true, it doesn't matter which is plugged in first.
