Giant cone with beer～～

Craig was nice enough to let me have his giant Darlot Cone. I mounted this on my large camera to do 20x24 aluminum plates. I love the cones! They are always so reliable to easy to use with great results. This 32" actually covers 2626 with slight dark corners. It is perfect for 2024. Since this is a small town, I had a hard time trying to pursuade some one to be my model to test this cone. After the promise a case of beer, neighbour Pete agreed to be my model.

After he saw the plate, he said:"OK, I don't want the beer, but I want this plate on my wall!"

I said "No! I will need to exhibit this virgin cone plate some day. I will give you a case of beer instead if you take off your shirt!"

He asked:"Can I keep both plates by giving you a case of beer?"

[tuant]

I said no, I'd like to keep both plates for exhibition in the future. To make it worth the time, I will give you two cases of beer instead. Pete wasn't too happy! i lost two large plates and two cases of beer this aftenoon. The only bright spot: the cone was beyond my expectation once again.
