Aristo VCL Bulb Replacement

I am ready to buy new replacement bulbs for my Aristo VCL 8100 (8x10) light source. I suspect/hope I won't need them for a long time into the future, but I want to buy them while I can.

I have never replaced cold lights and these look a little more complicated than single cold lights. Does anyone have instructions or know of someone that could do it properly? Aristo does not install them. Thanks.

Thanks for the link. I have the document on the link that describes replacing the bulbs for a 4x5 light source which should be the same. However, it appears to have been written and illustrated by the folks from Ikea whose sole purpose in life is to be incomplete, misleading, and frustrating.
