Polaroid back for fuji 45 instant film

I just currently bought a Linhof super technika iv and would like to buy a polaroid 4x5 back that works with the fuji 4x5 instant film. which model is available for this use. Thanks

Polaroid 405 or Fuji PA-145 for the smaller format, and Polaroid 550 and Fuji PA-45 for the 4x5 format.
