These are my first paper negatives and their digitally converted positives. I used Ilford Multigrade FB Matt paper as negative.

I don't know anything about digitally converted positives...but I do know that there is a whole $hit load of info on the neg that isn't getting on the print, so I'd be looking at that first. But pretty good for a first effort. I like the way you composed the first shot. The second shot is not as flattering to the victum (model), as the bookshelf is growing out of her ears.

I use any RC paper - then contact print on high quality paper or liquid emulsion.

If use of multigrade paper, you can fit a multigrade filter on the back of the lens to obtain more greytones...

thank you sir gandolfi! then i'll just look for RC paper. how about warmtone or cooltone no difference?

if i got multigrade paper do i really need to get multigrade filters? i think i could only get what is available in store. so hopefully they have RC papers.
stocks are limited in tehran lately. sanction

    thank you!

no you don't need tham - it is just an option... without filter the contrast is normally around 1.5 which is good enough for many images!

If you can't find filters or papers then PM me - I'll send you some..
