Manfrotto 410 and carrying camera while attached

I like to carry my camera over my shoulder attached to my tripod while I'm out. Can the Manfrotto 410 geared tripod head handle that type stress. None of my cameras weigh over 9 pounds. Thanks in advance.

Ditto with a Zone VI and often heavy lenses.
