    I think I got something similar some weeks ago (if this is what I think it is).
    Mine is a Vegionar 325mm f3,6 from an Episcope, a triplet projection lens. Not as long but from the description, maybe a lens for an episcope.
    I haven't tried mine yet, hopefully this week-end.
