Graflock back

What does a Graflock back look like? I've seen lots of references, but haven't found any images with enough detail to see the design.

A Graflok back will have clips to hold in something, like a film holder. See attached picture. On the left is a Graflex Super Graphic, on the right is a Toyo 45AX. Both have the ground glass removed, exposing the Graflok clips.
