It has been a pleasure to see all the great photography posted in this thread I started quite a while ago. Good work with a variety of subjects and equipment to compliment each shot.
Here is a shot I made just off Main Street here in Matthews. Two sisters lived on the site just beside the barn. Ask how old the barn was the reply was it was on the property when the arrived in 1927.
In the area around Charlotte, NC is growing so fast the old barns and more are fast disappearing, sorry to say. In fact more of the barns I have photographed are now gone. This one is still standing and here I hope it remains for many more years.
