Agreed. I wish I lived closer. I want to explore the Alleghenies more often.
Abandoned gas Station, Skjolden, Norway.
I really liked the proportions and shape of the building. An icon of the area of mass motorization.

Rick, you are not helping my phobia of bridges! Interesting shot.

Thank you Dan.
As for the Master Technika and a 47mm lens: actually I have modified my Master and installed an additional interior focus rail (which was sold by a Chinese manufacturer on the auction side). Operation is now similar to a Master Technika 2000, and this is a big bonus when working with short lenses (65mm, 47mm).

Hey, it's not my photo, it belongs to johnmsanderson, but it is a glorious structure. It was,at one time, a technological marvel, longest and highest span in the world(or some such thing). The state has turned it into a park and fixed up a walkway along with a glass floor to view straight down, very awesome place. The park hosts a "Bigfoot" festival every year, except this, construction of a visitor center blocking everything.
