Thanks for the response. The Century 7 and Noba cameras both came with Packard Ideal shutters, and the lot also included 2 extra Packard Ideal two-way shutters. Not sure if any of them work. I'll look into the Sinar Copal. I thought I'd mount the Kodak 305mm on the Master View; would the Sinar shutter work for that?

The shutter hole diameter is 75mm.
The Bi-quality and Cooke 12” wouldn’t be interfered with the shutter,
but Cooke 15” would be, but mostly not interfered.
Note that Sinar shutter requires the designated shutter release for very
    long reach.

I have been trying to determine how exactly to get (or extend to) a longer shutter release for the Sinar Copal Shutter. Or remote release somehow.
    Thoughts on this?

The stroke of Sinar shutter cable release is about 47mm.
The 305mm f4.5 is on Universal shutter No.5 then you better fix it or replace it for a functional one would be better.

I also have a packard shutter with 5” hole with the instantaneous mode.
You can contact Jim of Packard shutter company here for repair if needed.

The issues you described shouldn't have much effect on the images, but I'd disassemble and clean the fungus off the Cooke before it spreads to other lenses or damages the Cooke. Use bleach to kill the fungus, and leave the disassembled lens parts including the barrel in an airtight container with an open container of bleach inside to fume the fungus for a day or two.

    Make the simple cables

I made all kinds of Brit Bike cables as none were available

I KNOW I could do it

    But I will not
