Additional to Rudi's recent update:
281695471086
Cooke series VI f5.6 13".
Needs work and non- original flange, but spectacle version. Best offer, under £800 BIN.
1516866241555
Darlot/Pulligny Adjustable landscape - early version. Condition difficult to judge but minus flange. Small 7.5" version.
winning bid £609.
Not technically a soft focus lens, but a monster 500mm Goerz Dogmar f4.5 in barrel went for USD 669. The seller states the diaphragm mounts separately, but from the photos it looks like it may not be there.
This type has been used for portraiture according to the seller.

Dallmeyer 3d with working iris complete with flange. Glass looked decent. $789.00 301665281151
12" P&S Visual Quality, reworked by Burke & James (barrel painted black and lens probably coated), $2457. (171826427228)
"I love my Verito lens, but I always have to sharpen everything in Photoshop..."
Quote a lot of the more unusual types to-day at the SAS auction!
The prices quoted are in UK Pounds and I have not added the commission.
This was a very extensive sale with 100's of mahaogany/brass cameras - including scores of stereo etc. I have never heard of!
Dallmeyer SF lens (single rear lens type?). F 4.5 6".
£210
Cooke IIE coated.£720.
Eidoscope F.4.5 no. 4. £460.
Kershaw Soft. F4.5 9" No iris but with imagon disk. £170.
F4.5 11.5". £300.
Oscar Zwierzina Plasticca F4 400mm. £580.
Imagon 250mm in .Copal 3. £170.
Spencer Portland 6". £220 and 9" , £340
Verito 18" in /studio shutter no. 5, £550. 8.75" in copal 3, £220.
Wray, diffused image (2 cell version - see lens VM) )8". £160.
Struss (serial number 721) plus extra lens in a bag! F3.5 9" in aluminium. £420.
Not a lot of real bargains, but again some good offers for buyer/users.
I could only afford 2!
there were also 2 Dalmeyer 2b's but I havn't had time to check the Dallmeyer archives to see if these were the diffusion versions or not.
The buyers' commision to SAS is 15%.
Both Dallmeyers are the patent versions.
So:
Dallmeyer 2B 25232 £620.
Dalmeyer 2B (aluminium ex UK military - engraved as being mounted with an iris later by Dallmeyer). 51380. Also, £620.
Either SAS valuers are incredibly good - or bidders were influenced by valuations. I have never followed an auction where so many closing bids were within the given range.
Uations.
Thanks for the list Steven ... I would say there were quite a few bargains in light of even the current "low" auction site numbers ...
Also thanks for picking up that Struss serial number ... Struss did sell "extra" lenses with different focal length to fit the same barrel
