well - it IS so simple I can't believe I am asked to explain...
But here it goes:
Use a Lf camera - I mainly use from 13x18 and larger, as the final result is done as a contact print - but smaller formats can be used.
Just put a piece of recin coated paper in the cassette in stead of a "real" film.
I mesure the light as about 8-12 iso.
(IF you're using a multigrade kind of paper, you can place a filter 0 behind (or on the front) of the lens, and thereby get more gray tones in the "negative". (later in the darkroom, you can always raise the contrast using a higher contrasted filter)
Take a picture - go to the darkroom and develop the paper as a normal paper.
when dry, make a contact print on a new piece of paper - this time I always use a high quality fiber based paper (or liquid emulsion).
Tone the final print if you feel like it.
that's it.
(I have only used one flash (open flash) on this one)
have fun!
