I just spent the past winter digitally restoring old family photographs that were in pretty bad shape. It seemed like there were a million or so scratches, spots and areas on the originals that were missing altogether. The photos ranged from the 1800's to a few years ago. Content Aware capability could have saved me a whole lot of time.
1) sell DSLR camera and buy cs5
2) create new blank file, do select all and content aware fill
3) ???
4) profit.

There's Inpaint http://www.teorex.com/inpaint.html that does something very similar.
