I have to frame and mat some large prints myself for a show and am adverse to dry mounting them. Hinge tape sounds good as long as it can be safely removed.

Filmoplast P90 is what I've used. Sticks like a high quality fresh masking tape, seems to never dry out or crack.

I always hinge mount my prints up to 20 x 30. The free floating print is able to contract and expand with the atmospheric conditions within the matt sandwich. I rarely have any buckling.
