Cutting 20x24 down to 12x20

Good Day,

Does anyone have experience with a Rotatrim paper cutter to cut 20x24 paper down to 12x20? Which cutter would you suggest? I consider buying this one (should be just large enough):

I have a 24" Rotatrim and it works fine to cut 20x24 paper into 12x20. If I was going the other way I would vote for a longer one, but the 24" can do that too, it's just not as comfortable.
