Arkay Dual-Dri Professional Model 150 - Manual Wanted & Some Help

Hi - if anyone has this manual, I could really use it too. My drier comes on, heats up but the drum doesn't rotate. I don't know if it starts to rotate only once it reaches a certain temp but I don't want to risk cooking the apron to find out (there is already a yellow band across the apron so I'm guessing that's heat damage?) The previous owner said that the motor was weak and needed some nudging to get going. Any assistance is welcome
