I took out the Konica infrared this week, after leaving it for the winter. I was trying out a new (to me) Protar V, and of course I can't fit a filter on it, so I completely f-ed up the exposure. Normally the sky should have been black, and it's over-exposed by several stops. I was shooting with 720nm and 850nm filters last fall.

Long exposures (three plus minutes) and a drafty house do not mix. I shot four images of this poppy and all of them had motion blur. Everything seemed still while the exposure was being made, but I guess not. I'll try again tomorrow.

First image is a tight crop from a 4x5 shot with a Speed Graphic, very under exposed and I left the dust because I thought it looked better. The "Tora Tora Tora" team at the 2012 Alliance airshow.

Second image is at the Jefferson Tx reenactment a couple of weekends ago. I used a magic arm on a baby jogger to support the Speed with a Petzval on it. The arm wouldn't fully lock on this one and the focal plane shutter was misbehaving (due to vertical camera orientation maybe). So I tried to steady/support by hand and the plane of focus went sort of loopy. I added a texture and some color to camouflage it.

This is the first time I post a photo here and I guess it serves me well the topic. This is the result of tray stand development of an underexposed Fomapan 100 sheet of film. Talk about unevenness of development...

Found this negative behind the bin in the bathroom. It was a sheet of Foma 100 that I had ruined a few months back. Scanned it in as colour positive. I quite like it!

Neat! If you could figure out how to do that in a controlled way you might have a career in modern art.

Invert it in PS and it would look like something the Hubble photographed!

One sheet in the Mod54 came loose and stuck to the one next to it.

The question is, what didn't go wrong here.
