I'm looking at lenses to buy on KEH and I see some say "synchronized for flash comp". I never use a flash... so does this matter much to me? Thanks!

It just means the shutter has a PC sync port so you can use a flash with the shuter. If you are sure you will never ever use a flash then it doesn't matter to you. Having a flash sync port definetly drives up the price of any lens-shutter combo.
No, all modern lenses are flash sync, older lenses mainly uncoated pre-WWII aren't. Ian
Great, thanks!
