    New to LF

Hello, everyone. Last night I developed my first 4x5 negatives (b&w) obtained from my first exposures on my first LF camera. They turned out pretty well I must say (although there appears to be a large thumb or finger in 3 of the shots, likely due to the fact that I had forgotten by cable release and couldn't wait to take some shots). In any event, wanted to thank eveyone here for all the posts without which I would have had no idea what to do (including what camera to buy, film, manner of develpment, accessories, educational resources, etc.).

Hi, Brent, another new LF'r here. The thumb business is just the first of many miscues you will make. I've certainly made my share of them.
