Stone, take a closer look at the cars and the price of gas at the Mobil station.

Nice one Jim, glad to see your back in Flag.

    Steve,

Thanks, I enjoyed doing that series. The photos all look old but almost all contain cues (some obvious) that they're not. The idea was to create a little confusion.

    Stone,

Actually, they are from 2008-2009. I waited until the cars on the street looked a bit older. The price of gas at the Mobil station gives it away, though. The tree cast a bit of a shadow, so it's not easily visible.

Edit: Roger posted about the cue while I was composing my response. Thanks, Roger, it's good to be home.

I was looking at the cars, as Jim said they look older, I don't see any new cars, but I didn't see the gas price, that does give it away... Then again, gas is now under $3 a gallon so maybe the shot should be re-taken right now!

We are within smelling distance of $2 here in Columbia, MO. Haven't seen $2.15 in a long time.

Yea, CT doesn't do that... I always see them advertising the national average and how great gas prices are, and they're always about $.50 higher in Connecticut then what they advertise on TV and it's really frustrating! Lol
