Identifying which Toyo 45

Hello all:

I have a Toyo 45, but for the life of me I cannot figure out which model I have. Internet researching is not helping. There is talk about how the revolving back was the addition to the 45Aii, but apparently some of the later 45A's had this too. How in the heck am I supposed to tell if I have the 45A, the 45AII or the 45AX?

AX does not have a revolving back or a folding focusing hood. Otherwise, it is identical to the AII.

AII has revolving back, folding focusing hood, and black rubber grips on the knobs.

A has black plastic knobs without the rubber grips. Otherwise, it is pretty much the same as the AII, only older.
