Update of info and list of participants

    When: October 17th
    10am – 5pm

Location: Paul Vincent Gallery 49 Harrison St. Hoboken, NJ
    Parking is on the street.

Cost: Model fees plus $20 per person to use the studio. We'll try and find a good balance between photographers/models. If someone has experience with what a good ratio is please comment. I talked with the studio and we want to keep costs similar to what Matthew Blais is doing on the west coast ($85).

Make checks payable to Virginia Kamenitzer.

Models: We have space to shoot two models inside and one or two or more outside. Right now we're looking for a minimum of two models with experience. We can get another if there is demand.

Model Mayham ID numbers will be provided once selected.
Please bring your own model release forms and if you have a good one please share with the group.

Props: There are a couple of chairs as well as two sizes of bar stools. One Black futon. Plenty of black fabric to drape and use as backdrops. Posing boxes and a raised stage.

Other Details: Open to anyone who shoots sheet film. Secondary cameras are okay as long as it doesn’t interfere or distract from the primary shot. You will be responsible for your own lunch or the studio can arrange something (probably pizza).

    List of Participants:

    Alan Peck (MenacingTourist)
    Stephen Gelb (sgelb)
    Pete Roody

If you can't make this date and if this goes well I'd love to help organize another group model shoot as the interest/need arises.

    Alan.

    Allen:

Please answer all of the following questions,

    (1) Does this building have a working elevator?
    (2) What are the model's hourly rates?
    (3) How much time does each photogrpaher get with a chosen model?
    (4) Will the models give out copies of their driver's licenses for 18 U.S.C. 2257 compliance.
    (5) Do the models understand that they must sign the photogrpahers' releases prior to the start of the shoot.
    (6) Are there any models who want an escort during a shoot? In this regard, I will not shoot with any model who requests the presence of an escort.
    (7) Lastly, should we bring food and water for the models?

    Regards,

    Flauvius
