Want info on Rodenstock Ysar lens

I’m trying to get information on a lens I bought a number of years ago. It’s a Rodenstock Ysar 1:4.5 135mm lens, serial A 2706986. By Googling, so far I have found that it is a Tessar-type lens and was made between 1952 and 1954. Does anyone have more information on it, such as coverage, optical quality or when the lens was first made?

    TIA, Bob

3,000,00 was made in 1954 so your lens was made in '53.
