Epson V750, Silverfast Ai, Acros profile?

I am scanning Acros on a V750 with Silverfast Ai in grayscale negative mode. The film type/profile window does not include a selection for Acros. I use Kodak T100 most of the time, sometimes Ilford Delta 100. Is anyone aware of an update from Silverfast that provides the profile for Acros?

If not, what profile are you using?

You can build your own profile in NegaFix using the Expert dialog (see the manual, or the tutorial on the Silverfast website how to do this).

My own workflow differs from this approach. I scan B&W negatives in RGB as a positive image, then reverse and correct in photoshop.

I found that on the 4990 (probably the same on yours) it is best to scan as a positive in color, then copy the green channel (the sharpest on my scanner) to a duplicate image as a layer. Images scanned this way were slightly sharper.
