To my knowledge, the only Lee holder configuration that simultaneously accommodates filters slots, a circular polarizer, and a hood is the P105 that Peter owns. Badger Graphic lists it:
http://www.badgergraphic.com/store/c..._detail&p=2437
However, if the P105 is based on the wide angle hood, then it may be less effective at shading normal and longer lenses than a standard (narrower) hood. Robert White appears to list a similar holder (LULH) based on the universal hood, see:
http://www.robertwhite.co.uk/product...1392&PT_ID=501
The universal hood is narrower and designed to accommodate a wider variety of lenses than the wide angle hood.
The big question is can you use one (or both) hoods with your 75mm lens without vignetting (this question gets even trickier if you use a center filter). I would strongly suggest talking to a Lee filter retailer (or Lee directly) to be certain about this point.
Curiously, I could not find either of these hood/filter slot/polarizer combinations in the latest Lee catalog.
