Bryan you didn't come across to me as "defending" what you did. You captured exactly what you saw and it is a great shot. If I had come across the scene I would have shot it in the same manner. The reason for my crop is this. Over 30 years ago on an episode of "On The Road With Charles Kuralt" he did a segment on John Sexton and IIRC there was a scene of a rock in a stream with the water rushing around it. Everything John did setting up the shot was video taped but the final print completely changed the way I look at rocks and water. It is interesting on how others see our work.
