    Dallmeyer "Big Bertha" 914/6.3

    Wow, holy moly, what a big thing. I think the Dallmeyer 914/6.3 is bigger (and heavier) than my entire 4x5 large format camera!

    wow thats big! to bad my bellows only go to 24" on my 12x20 korona.

    amateur astronomers love these lenses for making telescopes.

    With an aperture that's about 14.5cm (36 in x 25.4 mm/in / 6.5 = 145.1 mm), it's no wonder why!

    I wonder, what do they do with it? Disassemble and use the parts?
