Thanks. I used a polariser to slow the shutter to around a 1/4 second to capture the movement in the foreground, it may also have had a centre filter. The image is unfiltered regarding graduated filters. I'd say Portra has 16 to 18 stops of latitude based on my own basic tests with 35mm film. It can get grainy in the over exposed areas so use of a 1 stop grad can help.
