    Lovely

Hope the weather was more inviting than it looks.

Thanks. That day was a challenge on the weather front for sure (very high winds), especially at this spot as it's so exposed. There were some brief sunny spells later on, but the wind kept up. In a fit of over-ambition I even tried using the Fujinon 450 C with the Techno Rollex, but am still waiting for the film back from the lab to see how I did there.

Very nice. The image very effectively conveys the wind and cold. That long tree appears to be very fortunate to have any branches at all.

Thanks. In most images you see of this tree it used to have more. Remarkable it survives at all really.

    Very nice, Gabe!
See you used a grad filter plus polarizer. Not so easy to get the exposure right with color film.

Thank you. Indeed, using grads in a seamless manner is tricky with slide film, but I think I did pretty well here.

    Fabulous - just fabulous.
Is there anywhere better than The Lakes on a sunny day.
