    Thanks for your comments. My father was a pretty good photographer in his day and had a huge influence on my work. I have several boxes of 35mm and glass plates from the war that I will scan and post the best in time.

    It's really not a problem. It's only at infinity, and you have to be ALL the way (or even past) the infinity mark on the lens. Coming off just a tad and it's fine.
    This isn't a big deal to me because I'm usually shooting closer.

    Gary, excellent mood. I like the layer of reeds (or whatever they are) along the shoreline.

    View over a stone wall near Grasmere, England. Taken last year on iPhone 5s. Late twilight, hence the graininess, which I like.

    Hi Scott , Reeds surround this lake in the south island of New Zealand i have not gone here with an LF camera yet , Although have shot with a 6x9 film camera 5 years before only to discover a transport problem that all but ruined my 6x9 shots , But with photoshop maybe? no better why Bother
