This dead tree surrounded by living trees is great i first thought maybe just the dead tree would make the image , but i feel the dead branches bleeding into the live trees is symbolic of hope

Thanks for the comments. It was a very cool tree in a very cool place. It's in southern Utah just outside the maze. Area called the block. This particular part was on a bridge between two mesas.

yup, its around Caddo Lake. Its good place to go, as long as weather cooperates, and not too many people around
