    This is an old motel in downtown Burlington that, if what I hear is correct, is about to be converted into shelter for the homeless. If that is true, I applaud the city for funding such a thing. If not...well, that's how rumors start.

    I shot this with a 60 year-old Ricoh 519 Rangefinder that has been my friend for 48 of those years. HP5 developed in Rodinal.

    No, I haven't. In fact I didn't have a filter on the camera for that shot. The light coming through the trees worked just perfectly to give that highlight on the center frond.
