    Btzs Film Test Question

I'm just about to do a Btzs (tubes) film test HP5+/ID11. The stock solution is only 5 weeks old and in good shape but I'm wondering if I should mix a fresh batch for the test?
    What would you folks recommend?

    Thanks

If you're going to the trouble to do the test, I'd use fresh chemistry. You don't want to have to do them over again.

Also, in my experience D-76 (ID-11 cousin, I believe) doesn't have a long shelf life unless it's in a very full bottle.
