    Grand Cayman. family type beaches - you can walk the length of 7 mile beach (about 4.3 miles!). Not too much to do away from the water. Nice diving and snorkeling. Pricey. beautiful sunsets that are different each night. get a condo type apartment with a kitchen so you can cook breakfast and dinner.
