Looking to get into LF and will soon purchase my first 4x5. This photo is an example of the quality of photo that inspired me to check out LF. I love the tones.

Made this out of one of the windows in my Sawyer Mills studio in Dover NH about 1986. This river originally provided hydro power to the textile mills which were converted to residences in the 1980s. When it poured over like this in fall and spring it vibrated the place so intensely that I could not make prints under the enlarger in my darkroom or time exposures in the studio. TriX with a 150 Schneider Symmar on 4X5.
