Aleksey, this is my favorite of the 2 shots u posted. I love the symmetry! Columns seem to be able to impart that. Nice work.

While cleaning up in my studio I came across some older prints and negatives and I remember the fun making them. This was taken 12 years ago in Munich. This is the town hall, photographed several million times every year:

Here is one more, the "Frauenkirche", maybe slightly less often photographed, only a few million times every year.

Another in my growing "portfolio" of Madison, NJ architecture. This one is the Central Avenue School, built in 1903 (IIRC). I needed my Schneider 80XL for this, in order to get under the trees, so that the only branches in the image would be the few in the upper right and left corners, and none in the primary image area. Took a bit of shoving and re-aligning to get the needed rise with the Canham DLC^2 bellows (someday I will get the bag bellows to use with this lens, but its a lot of money simply for a bellows!) HP5+. Pyrocat HD, negative scan. Comments always welcome.

    Peter, Hi

you've done really well with this image......taking into account the restrictions mentioned

and..........I do wish that Keith's accessories weren't so expensive, it was one of the reasons that I sold my entire 5 x 7 kit a year or so ago

    regards

Wow. That is quite special. Always a big fan of dark b&w images.
