My modified Gibellini.
I had sent the camera back to Italy for repair of a warped rear standard frame, but it got sent back by customs. Got to work repairing it myself, and beefed it up in the process. Since this photo was taken I've also added four bidirectional spirit levels, two on the rear standard, one of front and one on base.
Next job is to replace the ground glass with one from Steve Hopf.
While I built a 6x17 the same way, this one is a 6x12.
You can see more detailed pics on my Flickr here:https://www.flickr.com/photos/dirkfletcher/albums
and a breakdown on its construction on my blog here: http://dirkfletcher.blogspot.com.
It's real nice to shoot with and costing a bit less then $500 all in.
Dirk
Nice work Dirk! Thanks for the detailed pics. I still use that custom Century Graphic you made, usually with my 80mm and 105mm in conjunction with a 3D printed camera for my 38mm.
