Of course I'm in. My 8x20 (160 inches) will be a great contribution to this exchange

This is really a great mix of print sizes.
Thanks everyone!!!
So far:
Gary Samson (12x20/11x14)
Tim Trombley (12x20)
Ole Tjugen (9.5x12/12x16)
David Vickery
John Bowen (7x17)
Scott Davis (11x14)
Eddie (11x14)
keeds (7x17)
Evan (11x14/16x20)
Gustavo (11x14)
Peter Hruby (8x20)
So if no one else this is the set up.
I joined both groups to balance things out and will print a different image for each group.
group 1:
Tim Trombley (12x20)
Gustavo (11x14)
John Bowen (7x17)
Eddie (11x14)
Evan (11x14/16x20)
Peter Hruby (8x20)
Group 2:
Tim Trombley (12x20)
Gary Samson (12x20/11x14)
David Vickery (What size??)
Ole Tjugen (9.5x12/12x16)
Scott Davis (11x14)
Keeds (7x17)
These lists look fair to me. I think that July 15th is a good deadline for prints to me and as long as that deadline is met than I will have them mailed out by the 31st of June if not sooner.
Thank you everyone.
Tim
Should I obtain all addresses by myself? Or, do I send you my address so you will share it with others within the group?
Let me know...
we could send the prints out to each person! save time and postage ?
so long as people are honest about sending the prints out
I was planning on doing what Darr did in her exchange. It worked very well and was simple.
If everyone sends me a package consisting of 5 prints. I will than use the same package to mail the prints back to each participant after I receive all the prints for each group. This way I can make sure that everything balances out.
As for packaging I think tube mailers will work best as larger sized prints will fit better. So a tube 4" diameter and 30" long to accommodate any size print. This way everyone just has to remember one address and I can just return to the address on the packages that I receive. This will be the simplest way for me to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Tubes are horrendously expensive to mail here in Norway, and I assume in the rest of Europe as well. Unless they are somehow modified so they can't roll.
I'll see what I can find.
One more thing I forgot to add was that I would pm everyone with individual return shipping costs once I got the packages.
As for European shippers a flat package or even a long square tube would be good.
Also, if you can please sleeve your work. It will be easier for me to handle and less chance of it getting hurt in transit. I have some 16x20 sleeves if anyone needs them.
Tim
may be you can send all the one going to Europe to one person there and have them do the mailing from there?
I'm nearly there with my camera. Half has arrived, half is still stuck in customs. Will have to work hard to get some images ready for this exchange.
