    Re: Edward Steichen

    Hello again,

I have come across a few humans in my life that I can't say I deeply hate or dislike...just choose to avoid. From the above posts regarding Steichen..he may have been one of those if I had met him. The big relief for me... just discovering the Masters of Photography and their books is I can really enjoy their images...without the negative ( no pun intended ). I have been know to be a jerk on occasion buy am really working on it.....maybe if we all put as much effort into our attitudes as we do our photos we could be great at both. Time to sharpen that blade on our saw to keep sawing that wood. Thanks for all the very interesting input on this post to date

I am currently reading: Steichen: A Biography, by Penelope Niven. I find it to be an excellent biography. I paid $1.00 for mine and after a search on amazon, you can purchase one for as low as $2.09. I recommend this book!
