Nice one Eric - we gotta go shoot some ULF together soon! Looking forward to seeing the print.

No this was at 300 with front and back but I have noticed it has a certain amount of flair on sunny days and the light was mixed. The softness is more likely due to my iPhone 7 camera but I might try to add some when printing too.

Myakka River State Park Canopy Walkway
    Mercury 4x5, 47mm XL, T-Max 100 dev'd in Pyrocat 1:1:120 semi-stand for 20 minutes @ 75F

It was dry, but of course inspired by Clyde's image here:
    https://clydebutcher.com/s/new-cats/...opy-walk-2001/

If I had to hazard a guess, he might've used an 8x10 with 90mm XL, cropped slightly.

Another view of the Oak at Westview Cemetery. I switched to a Fujinon 210 lens and stepped to the left from my original position to capture the missing tree. My initial thought for taking this shot was that cemeteries are as much for the living as they are for the dead and a reminder nothing lasts forever.
I will likely crop this one to a 5x10 to remove some of the tree on left, and to position the stump better, and remove my car on the far right edge.

Nice concept Eric. The lack of context on the other one makes the tree look bigger though.

Here's another 12x20. This was down an unmarked trail in Myakka River State Park that Clyde Butcher told me I should check out. Near the end of the trail is a huge live oak that is the subject of a couple of his photographs, but I didn't photograph it as the light wasn't great at the time.

    Nice, Slava.
    Where are we going?
And why are we in this handbasket?
